By creating an account, accessing, or using Karobari Tajir ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including merchants, administrators, and any team members added to an account.
Karobari Tajir is an AI-powered retail management platform that provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use Karobari Tajir, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your name, shop name, phone number, city, and business type.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Karobari Tajir is offered on three monthly subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay on time will result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to their selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
You agree to use Karobari Tajir only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
Your data belongs to you. All transaction records, Udhaar ledgers, customer information, and inventory data that you enter into Karobari Tajir remain your property.
By using the Service, you grant Karobari Tajir a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service — including generating AI reports, syncing across devices, and creating backups.
You can request a full export of your data at any time by emailing queries@karobaritajir.com. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
Karobari Tajir uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate daily business reports. These reports are provided for informational purposes only.
Karobari Tajir integrates with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and SadaPay to facilitate QR-based payments. These integrations are subject to the respective payment providers' own terms of service and availability.
We are not liable for payment failures, delays, or disputes that originate with the payment gateway providers. In case of a failed payment, please contact the relevant payment provider directly.
Karobari Tajir does not hold, transmit, or process payments on behalf of users — we only facilitate the generation of payment QR codes and confirm transaction status via API.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Karobari Tajir platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable during:
QR billing is designed to function in offline mode when internet is unavailable. Transactions are queued and synced automatically once connectivity is restored.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at queries@karobaritajir.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
Upon termination, your access to the platform is immediately revoked. You have 30 days to request a data export before your account data is permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karobari Tajir and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
